I think this song is about how the common citizen is passively living their small prosperous lives without caring about the global troubles in the world. They avoid politics, avoid the sentiment-devastating discussions and put on their trivial smiles instead. Unfortunately their facede is just as fragile as their glasshouses in their fine gardens. I've tried to indicate the guitar chords as close to the piano as possible, which leaves to you to expand them. The F#m6 (F#dim), is impossible to play 100% alike though, so I've just thrown in my own suggestion. For the clarianettist, trumpet and trombone players who might read this, I'm sorry I haven't indicated legato anywhere, but it's hard for me to tell the pouts from the legatos, so you'll have to make that up yourself. (I'm very proud of tabbing the clarinet part ;)
